Choose a fabric and a garment configuration

Decide whether you need complete uniform sets, individual trousers, tops or outerwear. Then compare the fabric information at model level. The BDU camouflage uniform set lists a polyester/cotton blend, while other garments may have different materials or selectable options. Do not carry a fabric specification from one listing into another simply because the garments look similar.

For a coordinated order, identify the exact color or pattern reference and the garments that must match. Include pocket, closure, label and logo requirements in your brief. If you are choosing between fabric options, ask for a sample of the intended configuration before you approve the bulk order description.

Make sizing part of the specification

Prepare quantities by garment and size. Letter sizes alone do not explain the fit your customers will receive, so request garment measurements and confirm how those measurements are taken. Where tops and trousers are sold as a set, ask how the size pairing will be handled rather than assuming the sizes can be mixed.
