Prepare a short review list from the confirmed order. Identify the model, selected configuration and any approved sample or artwork reference. Then list the details your team needs to see: material or product labels, color, size markings, included parts and packing. This keeps a photo or video review tied to the goods you agreed to buy.

Neither should be used to infer an unshown material property or an independently tested performance level. For custom products, include the approved logo position, label wording and other visible changes in your review list. Keep it consistent with the custom order specification. If the review raises a question, identify the affected model and detail, attach the relevant image and ask for clarification or a proposed correction.
